Ingredients
  

Main Components:

  • 12 oz (340g) fettuccine or linguine
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • ¼ cup reserved pasta water

Seasonings:

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Garnish:

  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Cook Pasta: Boil noodles al dente (reserve ¼ cup water).
    Sauté Aromatics: In same pot, cook sun-dried tomatoes and garlic in 1 tbsp oil (2 min).
    Make Sauce: Add cream, Parmesan, and seasonings. Simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.
    Combine: Toss drained pasta in sauce, adding reserved water as needed.
    Serve: Garnish with basil and extra cheese.

Notes

  • For vegan version: Use coconut cream + nutritional yeast
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for veggies
  • Sauce thickens upon standing
