- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

- ¼ cup reserved pasta water
Seasonings:

- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Cook Pasta: Boil noodles al dente (reserve ¼ cup water).Sauté Aromatics: In same pot, cook sun-dried tomatoes and garlic in 1 tbsp oil (2 min).Make Sauce: Add cream, Parmesan, and seasonings.
