- 2/3 cups heavy cream
- 2/3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1/4 cup reserved cooked pasta water
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 8 strips bacon, cooked, drained of fat, and chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti according to package directions.In large bowl, mix soups, sour cream, milk, 1½ cups cheese, and seasonings.Add cooked spaghetti and chicken to sauce mixture, stirring to combine.Transfer to greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.Optional topping: Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter, sprinkle over cheese.Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
