- 500g ground beef or chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (400g) cream of mushroom soup or homemade
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley or Italian herbs
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 3 cups frozen hash browns or thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley (for garnish)
- 1 cup drained corn (canned or frozen)
1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).2.Cook Beef: Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper over medium heat (8 mins). Drain fat.3.Add Flavors: Stir in garlic, beans, corn, tomatoes, and seasonings. Simmer 5 mins.4.Assemble: Transfer mixture to 9x13" baking dish.
