- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and season with salt and pepper.In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.Add minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and smoked paprika to the butter and stir until combined.Brush the lobster tails with the butter sauce.Place the lobster tails on the grill, flesh side down, and cook for 5 minutes.Turn the lobster tails over and brush with more butter sauce.Grill for another 5 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.Serve immediately with extra cowboy butter sauce on the side.
