Ingredients
  

  • 1 po cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ po cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked calamari rings
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, and calamari.
    Add celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
    In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
    Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and toss gently to combine.
    Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
  • Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
