Ingredients
  

  • 24 fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional for a shinier coating)
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, sprinkles, shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries, leaving the green tops intact.
    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
    Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
    Hold a strawberry by the green top and dip it into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
    Place the dipped strawberry on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    Add optional toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
    Repeat with the remaining strawberries.
    Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker results.
