- 1/2 tsp garam masala

- 4 ready-made Naan breads
- 125ml tomato sauce or pizza sauce
- 375g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 60g fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing the Naan
