Ingredients
  

  • 450g boneless chicken breast or thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 125ml natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2.5cm ginger, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 ready-made Naan breads
  • 125ml tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  • 375g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 60g fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing the Naan

Instructions
 

  • 1.Marinate Chicken: Combine chicken with yogurt, tikka paste, lemon juice, and garam masala. Refrigerate 2+ hours.
    2.Cook Chicken: Grill or pan-fry until cooked through (~8 mins).
    3.Prep Dough: Stretch dough to 12-inch round.
    4.Assemble:
    Spread mint yogurt sauce
    Add cheese, chicken, and vegetables
    5.Bake: At 475°F (245°C) for 12-15 mins until crust is golden.
    6.Finish: Sprinkle with chaat masala and cilantro.

Notes

  • For shortcut, use rotisserie chicken + 2 tbsp tikka sauce
  • Adjust spice level with extra chili flakes
  • Naan bread can substitute pizza dough
