- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.Spread a thin layer of the chicken Alfredo mixture on the bottom of the baking dish.Place 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by a layer of ricotta cheese, spinach (if using), and a sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan.Repeat the layers, ending with a final layer of noodles topped with the remaining Alfredo mixture and cheeses.Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
