- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes (optional topping)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Mix all ingredients (except cornflakes) in large bowl.Spread into greased 9x13" baking dish.Top with cornflakes if using.Bake 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
