Ingredients
  

  • 12 large strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional: chocolate shavings or mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash the strawberries and pat them dry. Cut off the tops and hollow out the centers using a small spoon or a melon baller.
    In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
    Fill a piping bag with the cheesecake mixture and pipe it into the hollowed-out strawberries.
    Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the filled strawberries.
    Garnish with chocolate shavings or mint leaves, if desired.
    Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  • For best results, use fresh, ripe strawberries.
