Ingredients

  • 4 brioche buns
  • 300 g prawns (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Toss in the prawns, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until prawns are pink and cooked through.

Slice the brioche buns in half and lightly toast them with the remaining butter.
Assemble the rolls by placing the cooked prawns in the buns and garnishing with fresh parsley.
    Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a pinch of chili flakes to the prawns.
  • Substitute prawns with shrimp if unavailable.
  • Add a dollop of aioli or mayonnaise for extra creaminess.
