- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup (175g) white chocolate chips
- ½ cup (65g) chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 9x13" pan.Whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.Fold in flour and salt until just combined.Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.Spread in pan. Bake 22-25 minutes (center should be slightly soft).Cool completely before cutting.
