Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup crumbled goat cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

  • 1.Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with pizza stone or baking sheet.
    2.Roll dough into 12-inch circle on floured surface.
    3.Brush crust with olive oil and pre-bake 5 minutes.
    4.Spread ricotta evenly over par-baked crust.
    5.Arrange blackberries (halved if large) over ricotta.
    6.Bake 7-8 minutes until crust is golden.
    7.Drizzle with honey, sprinkle salt/pepper, and garnish with torn basil.
    8.Add goat cheese if using. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For crispier crust, bake directly on pizza stone
  • Substitute mascarpone for ricotta for richer flavor
  • Best served immediately after baking
