Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, add chopped romaine.
  • Layer smoked gouda cubes, avocado, rotisserie chicken, red onion, grilled corn, black-eyed peas, cilantro, cherry tomatoes, and fried onions.
  • Add a sprinkle of kosher salt, followed by a drizzle of barbecue sauce and ranch dressing.
  • Squeeze lime juice over the top and gently toss until well-coated.
