Ingredients

  • 1 po salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
Dredge the salmon in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Transfer the salmon bites to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
Once the salmon bites are cooked, toss them in the bang bang sauce until well coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can double-fry the salmon bites.
