Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the bananas.
    Add the bananas, milk, ice cream, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
    Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker shake and blend again.
    Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, substitute the ice cream with yogurt.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
