- 1¾ cups milk (or almond milk)
- ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 large egg (or flax egg)
- 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries or diced apples
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 8x8" baking dish.Mix dry ingredients (oats through salt).Whisk wet ingredients (milk through vanilla).Combine wet and dry mixtures. Fold in fruit.Pour into dish. Bake 35-40 minutes until set.Cool 5 minutes before serving.
