Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium ripe bananas (slightly green preferred)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, to prevent browning)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C). Line baking sheets.
    Slice bananas ⅛-inch thick (mandoline helps).
    Toss with lemon juice if using.
    Arrange in single layer on sheets. Sprinkle cinnamon.
    Bake 1.5-2 hours, flipping halfway, until crisp.
    Cool completely before storing.
