Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried mustard
  • ¼ tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 9x13" baking dish.
    Layer bread cubes, bacon, onions, and 1 cup cheese in dish.
    Whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over bread mixture.
    Top with remaining cheese and paprika.
    Bake 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
