Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 jalapeƱo, seeded and minced

Instructions
 

  • Combine Vegetables: Gently mix avocados, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro in a bowl.
    Make Dressing: Whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
    Toss: Drizzle dressing over salad and toss lightly.
