  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Prep: Toss steak bites and mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
    Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook in a single layer for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until steak reaches desired doneness (135°F for medium-rare).
    Serve: Garnish with parsley. Optional: drizzle with melted butter or a squeeze of lemon.
