Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
    Whisk egg and milk in shallow bowl
    Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan and seasoning in separate bowl
    Dip each ravioli in egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture
    Lightly coat air fryer basket with cooking spray
    Arrange ravioli in single layer (work in batches if needed)
    Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway
    Serve immediately with warmed marinara sauce

Notes

  • For crispier results, spray ravioli lightly with oil before cooking
  • Can use frozen ravioli (thaw first)
  • Meat-filled ravioli work well too
