- 1 (16 oz) jar dill pickle chips, drained and patted dry
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Cooking spray
- Ranch or dipping sauce of choice
Prep Breading: Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne in one bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs. In a third bowl, combine panko and cornmeal.Coat Pickles: Dredge each pickle chip in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko mixture. Place on a tray.Air Fry: Lightly spray pickles with cooking spray.
