Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds tilapia or white fish
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • Tortillas
  • Extra lime juice

Instructions
 

  • 1.Prep Fish: Pat dry, coat with oil, and rub with spice mix.
    2.Air Fry: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes until flaky (145°F internal temp).
    3.Make Slaw: Toss all slaw ingredients; adjust lime/salt to taste.
    4.: Fill tortillas with fish and slaw. Garnish with lime.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil 1–2 minutes after air frying.
  • Substitute sour cream for mayo in slaw for tanginess.
