Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ½ tsp tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
    Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
    Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
    Dip each salmon piece in flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko.
    Place the breaded salmon pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    Lightly spray with cooking spray.
    Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
    While the salmon cooks, mix all the Bang Bang sauce ingredients in a bowl.
    Once the salmon bites are done, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce or serve it on the side.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spray the salmon bites with a bit more cooking spray before the final 2 minutes of frying.
