Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
