Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to your wet mixture, mixing just until combined. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint candies.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
