A guilt-free indulgence that combines creamy white chocolate and tart raspberries, packed with protein for a healthy treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fairlife milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the milk, protein powder, vanilla extract, raspberries, and sweetener (if using). Blend until smooth.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Combine Everything: Mix the melted white chocolate into the blended mixture.
  4. Freeze: Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. Creamify: Process the mixture in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
