Description

Delicious bites that combine creamy cheesecake with the tartness of raspberries and the sweetness of white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Additional white chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in melted white chocolate and fresh raspberries.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls, about one inch in diameter.
  5. Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs, then dip each one in melted white chocolate.
  6. Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
