- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Additional white chocolate for coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in melted white chocolate and fresh raspberries.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs, then dip each one in melted white chocolate.
- Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
