- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

- 3/4 cup dark chocolate

Instructions
- Soak the dates in hot water for about 5 minutes, then drain.
- Blend the soaked dates, walnuts, vanilla, and cinnamon in a food processor until a sticky dough forms.
- Form about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Coat each ball in the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Final touch: Drizzle leftover chocolate and sprinkle with flaked salt if desired.
