A creative twist on the classic PB&J featuring refreshing watermelon, crunchy pickles, and creamy Havarti cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of watermelon
- 3 slices of pickles
- 1 slice of Havarti cheese
- 1 drizzle of hot honey
- 1 drizzle of balsamic glaze
- 3 leaves of basil
Instructions
- Prepare the Watermelon: Cut two thin squares out of a chilled watermelon to resemble bread slices, about ¾ inch thick.
- Assemble the Sandwich: On one watermelon square, layer the pickle slices and then place the Havarti cheese on top.
- Add the Drizzles: Drizzle hot honey over the cheese, followed by balsamic glaze.
- Finish with Basil: Lay fresh basil leaves on top.
- Top It Off: Place the second watermelon square on top.
- Enjoy: Press down gently, slice in half, and serve.
