- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Combine sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat
- Stir until sugar dissolves completely (2-3 minutes)
- Add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice
- Bring to light boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes
- Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow fluff until smooth
- Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to jar
- Store in refrigerator and use as needed
Notes
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
- If syrup becomes too thick, whisk in warm water to desired consistency
