Description

A creamy, spiced coffee syrup combining pumpkin, vanilla, and marshmallow flavors for the ultimate autumn beverage enhancement. This homemade syrup adds cozy sweetness to coffee, pancakes, and desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat
  2. Stir until sugar dissolves completely (2-3 minutes)
  3. Add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice
  4. Bring to light boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes
  5. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow fluff until smooth
  6. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to jar
