Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy milk or non-dairy milk (like almond or oat milk)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  2. Infuse the tea by removing from heat and adding jasmine tea leaves or bags.
  3. Steep for about 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into another container.
  5. Warm the milk in a separate saucepan.
  6. Add vanilla extract and sweetener until dissolved.
  7. Mix the jasmine tea with the vanilla milk mixture.
  8. Serve hot or pour over ice.
