Description
A delicious and easy-to-make copycat recipe for the popular Crumbl peanut butter cookies, thick and bursting with flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- ½ cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in the peanut butter chips and chopped peanuts (if using).
- Drop heaping spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden but the centers are still soft.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a softer cookie, underbake slightly. Store in an airtight container for about a week.
