- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup cooked turkey, finely shredded
- ¼ cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and diced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Roll out puff pastry to 10×12-inch rectangle. Cut into 6 equal strips.
- Mix turkey with mustard, thyme, and garlic powder.
- Spread 1 tsp cranberry sauce on each strip. Top with turkey mixture, brie, and pecans (if using).
- Roll up tightly from short end. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Whisk egg with water. Brush over rolls and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake 18-22 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.
