  • ¼ cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and diced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Roll out puff pastry to 10×12-inch rectangle. Cut into 6 equal strips.
  3. Mix turkey with mustard, thyme, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread 1 tsp cranberry sauce on each strip. Top with turkey mixture, brie, and pecans (if using).
  5. Roll up tightly from short end. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  6. Whisk egg with water. Brush over rolls and sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Bake 18-22 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
