Description

A flavorful twist on the classic BLT, these Turkey BLT Wraps are low in carbs and bursting with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 low carb or whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 ounces deli turkey
  • 2 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons sprouts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your sauce by mixing mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  2. Spread a generous layer of the sauce mixture onto the tortilla.
  3. Layer the deli turkey, turkey bacon, avocado, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, and sprouts on one half of the tortilla.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring the fillings are encased.
  6. Slice the wrap in half at an angle and serve.
