- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- Ice cubes (as needed for thickness)
- Garnish:
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Pineapple wedge
- Mint sprig
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth (1-2 mins).
- Add ice 1/4 cup at a time if thicker consistency is desired.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with coconut flakes, pineapple, and mint.
- Serve immediately with reusable straws.
