Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed for thickness)
  • Garnish:
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Pineapple wedge
  • Mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth (1-2 mins).
  3. Add ice 1/4 cup at a time if thicker consistency is desired.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses.
