Description
A luxurious and rich Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake featuring layers of dark, milk, and white chocolate mousse.
Ingredients

- 200g Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
- 200g Milk Chocolate
- 200g White Chocolate
- 4 cups Heavy Cream (chilled)
- 6 Egg Whites
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Melt the Dark Chocolate: Place 200g of dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Stir until melted, then let cool.
- Whip Heavy Cream: In a mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the cooled dark chocolate.
- Beat Egg Whites: In another bowl, beat 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Repeat for Other Layers: Follow the melting and mixing steps for the 200g of milk chocolate and again for the white chocolate.
- Assemble the Cake: Layer the mousses in a springform pan starting with the dark chocolate, followed by milk chocolate, and then white chocolate.
- Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes.
- Unmold and Serve: Remove the cake from the springform pan and decorate as desired before serving.
Notes
Ensure heavy cream is cold for optimal whipping. It can be made a day ahead.
