A delightful blend of frozen raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries combined with Greek yogurt for a nutritious and refreshing smoothie.
Ingredients

- 1/3 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1/3 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 2/3 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Ice
- 2 teaspoons Honey (or sweetener of choice)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare berries if using fresh. Rinse them under cool water.
- Measure out 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries, 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries, 2/3 cup of frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of ice, and 2 teaspoons of sweetener.
- For convenience, pre-portion frozen berries into bags and store in the freezer.
- Add frozen berries, Greek yogurt, sweetener, and ice to a blender. Blend on low, increasing to high speed for about 2 minutes, or until smooth.
- Check the consistency and adjust by adding water or milk to thin or more frozen berries for thickness.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as desired by adding more honey or sweetener, then blend again briefly.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Best consumed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 hours.
