Description

A delightful blend of frozen raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries combined with Greek yogurt for a nutritious and refreshing smoothie.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/3 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 2/3 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 2 teaspoons Honey (or sweetener of choice)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare berries if using fresh. Rinse them under cool water.
  2. Measure out 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries, 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries, 2/3 cup of frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of ice, and 2 teaspoons of sweetener.
  3. For convenience, pre-portion frozen berries into bags and store in the freezer.
  4. Add frozen berries, Greek yogurt, sweetener, and ice to a blender. Blend on low, increasing to high speed for about 2 minutes, or until smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and adjust by adding water or milk to thin or more frozen berries for thickness.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired by adding more honey or sweetener, then blend again briefly.
  7. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Best consumed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 hours.
