Ingredients

- 3 large peaches, ripe and juicy
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup basil leaves, torn

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Start by slicing the red onion thinly and halving the grape tomatoes.
- In a large serving bowl, gently combine the diced peaches, halved tomatoes, sliced red onion, and torn basil leaves.
- Sprinkle with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, and honey until combined.
