Description

A guilt-free indulgence with a rich, creamy texture and deep chocolate flavor, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package silken tofu
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second increments until smooth.
  2. Blend the silken tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt together.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  5. Chill the mousse in individual serving dishes for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with berries or whipped coconut cream.

Notes

Ensure the tofu is at room temperature for better blending. Can be made ahead and stored for up to a week.
