- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Blend the silken tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt together.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Chill the mousse in individual serving dishes for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled, garnished with berries or whipped coconut cream.
Notes
Ensure the tofu is at room temperature for better blending. Can be made ahead and stored for up to a week.
