- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g salted butter, melted
- 500g cream cheese, softened
- 100g granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 200g sour cream
- 200g Toblerone chocolate, chopped
- Extra Toblerone pieces for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Crush the digestive biscuits and combine with melted butter. Press into a springform pan to create the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gently stir in sour cream and chopped Toblerone.
- Pour the mixture into the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Cool for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Top with additional Toblerone pieces before serving.
