Description

A rich and creamy Toblerone Baked Cheesecake with a buttery biscuit base, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g salted butter, melted
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 200g sour cream
  • 200g Toblerone chocolate, chopped
  • Extra Toblerone pieces for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and combine with melted butter. Press into a springform pan to create the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gently stir in sour cream and chopped Toblerone.
  6. Pour the mixture into the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set with a slight jiggle in the center.
  7. Cool for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Top with additional Toblerone pieces before serving.
