Instructions

- Refrigerate: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens.
- Prepare the Coffee Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese until creamy, then gently fold in the cooled coffee.
- Layer it Up: Once the chia pudding is set, divide half among serving glasses, layer with the coffee-mascarpone mixture, and top with the remaining chia pudding.
- Finishing Touch: Dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder before serving.
