- 8 oz goat cheese, softened
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 cup tomato bruschetta
- 1–2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2–3 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- Crostini or pita for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix goat cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Stir in garlic and tomato bruschetta until well combined.
- Transfer to baking dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving with crostini.
Notes
- Use room temperature cheeses for easiest mixing
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking
- Leftovers keep for 3 days in refrigerator
