Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 cup tomato bruschetta
  • 12 Tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 23 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • Crostini or pita for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix goat cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Stir in garlic and tomato bruschetta until well combined.
  4. Transfer to baking dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving with crostini.
