- ¼ cup coconut milk (or water)
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha or chili paste (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts (for garnish, optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the Base Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar (or lime juice), honey (or brown sugar), sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Add the Coconut Milk: Slowly combine the coconut milk (or water) while whisking continuously, adjusting until you reach your desired thickness.
- Taste and Adjust: Give it a taste! Adjust lime juice, honey, or soy sauce as needed.
- Spice It Up (if desired): If you’d like that extra kick, mix in Sriracha or chili paste.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro. Enjoy or refrigerate for up to a week.
