- 1 cup off-the-boil water
- 4–5 teaspoons sugar
- Juice from half a juicy lime
- A lot of ice
Instructions
- Steep the tea leaves in off-the-boil water for 3-5 minutes.
- Strain the tea leaves using a cloth or paper filter.
- Add sugar to the hot tea and stir until dissolved.
- Cool down the tea for a few minutes.
- Assemble the drink with ice and lime juice, then pour in sweetened tea.
