Description

A refreshing and indulgent Thai iced coffee made with authentic Thai coffee, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Thai coffee powder
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) off-the-boil water
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp sugar, or to taste
  • Pinch of salt
  • A lot of ice
  • 23 Tbsp (3045 ml) evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Combine the coffee and water in a mixing jug. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare your sweetened base by mixing the condensed milk, sugar, and salt in a separate glass.
  3. Strain the coffee into the mixing glass with the sweetened mixture.
  4. Fill a 16 oz serving glass with ice and pour the coffee over.
  5. Drizzle with evaporated milk and stir before serving.
  6. Adjust taste as needed with sugar or condensed milk.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. You can substitute Thai coffee with another strong brew if necessary. Store brewed coffee in the fridge for up to 3 days.
