Description

A delightful salmon dish featuring a sweet and savory glaze that brings people together, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pat salmon fillets dry.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Coat the salmon fillets with half of the glaze mixture on the tops and sides.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, then brush the remaining glaze on the salmon and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Allow to rest for a couple of minutes, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, do not skip drying the salmon before applying the glaze.
