- 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pat salmon fillets dry.
- In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Coat the salmon fillets with half of the glaze mixture on the tops and sides.
- Bake for 8 minutes, then brush the remaining glaze on the salmon and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
- Allow to rest for a couple of minutes, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, do not skip drying the salmon before applying the glaze.
